Musings of a Museum Fanatic: Space Jam Mockumentary

Space Jam Mockumentary

If you were a functioning human being in 1996 you know the amazingness that is Space Jam.  This is probably one of the best movies of any 90's childhood.  Space Jam is probably the perfect movie it has Michael Jordon, who let's face it was probably the god of 1990's Chicago & basketball, the Looney Toons , every kid's favorite, basketball, some big name walk ons *cough cough Bill Murray* and a killer soundtrack.

Like half of the online world I have been addicted to Buzzfeed and this week was gold.  They posted the video of 30 for 30: The Space Jam Game.  I couldn't find it but the two places and couldn't embed it so head to the link and watch!

The mockumentary is one of the best videos I've seen in a while.  As someone who has had a lot of experience doing documentary type filming and silly broadcasts through my radio time at Valpo this is right up my alley.  I wonder how many takes they had to do for each person in order for them to keep straight faces, not sure I could have done it.  They killed him in front of his team and just kept going.
