Spring is the time of year where everything in Chicago just starts to really come alive. Granted during the winter months we still have tons going on but the summer just brings everything and everyone out of the woodwork!
This week I was contacted by someone connected with the Randolph Street Market here in Chicago. Randolph Street Market is a huge once a month indoor (in the cold months) and outdoor (in the warm months) market that has vendors who sell vintage, antique, indie designer goods, global goods, and fancy foods. I'm sure knowing me this can go without saying but I'm going to say it anyways I was excited! I've heard about the Market for a number of years now but have never gotten my act together to actually go on the weekends they're open.
I've been looking at all the different vendors and food vendors it's amazing how many different options there are going to be there. When they say there is something for everyone they definitely mean it. If you're a music person there is a vinyl swap meet, not your cup of tea check out all the different food options or the vintage jewelry.
The ticket prices are really nice too. Plus they have some fun package options. Been talking about getting your girlfriends together? There is package with four discounted tickets plus a Market Bar Mimosa for each of you! Sounds like a fun day with friends to me.
They have been nice enough not only to give me a pair of tickets to the upcoming festival April 25-26 but another pair of passes to give away!!! If you live in the Chicago area or are going to be here the weekend of April 25-26 be sure to enter!
