2004 was a time of questionable fashion and everyone saying "that's hot." We were all wearing low cut jeans, handkerchief tops, Juicy Couture and Britney Spear's Curious. For me I was still in the beginning years of college. What were you up to in 2004? Maybe these will help jog that memory!
